Responsible for managing production activities and personnel to maximize quality and output in a manufacturing operation. Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls. Managing department of +25 employees in 2 production lines: FPPF and MPF. Leading the department in a multi-phase program of Evarrest Capacity Increase strategic program.
Part of the site leadership team and reports to the Business Unit manager
o Supervises production operation and work to meet production goals.
o Establishes personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs.
o Compiles and submits data for production and operating reports.
o Recommends changes to standard operational and working practices.
o Manages costs to improve business' financial results.
o Drive people leadership agenda, seeking for team growth and development and driving high performance teams based on company’s values
o Deep understanding of HR employees' life cycle business processes and policies
o Drive business operation excellence
o Budget management and Financial planning
o Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology or equivalent
o 8-10 Years Work Experience in the pharma industry
o Knowledge in biological processes and protein purification
o Deep understanding in aseptic manufacturing processes and clean rooms behavior (ISO5-7, Grade A-C)
o Knowledge in pharma standards and regulation of finish goods
o Verbal and written communication skills, project management, problem solving, six sigma and process excellence tools/methodologies, presentation skills, people leadership.
o Build strong cross functional partnership, interfaces and communication
