Our Haifa Technology Center (HTC) is a leading innovation center for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. As an innovation hub, it focuses on expanding the capabilities of the CARTO® system and its related catheters. The center works closely with BW’s sister innovation and development center in our technology hub in California. The Head of HR will be responsible for both the Haifa Technology Center (HTC), as well as coordinating the overall HR priorities for Israel in a collaborative setting. The HR leader will partner with local HTC site leadership team to drive the talent agenda and enable business results through capability building, talent management, recruitment, labor relations, total rewards, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, business partnering and social integration in support of business goals. They will address complex organizational challenges by providing HR leadership in support of global business goals, enterprise, and MedTech R&D HR strategies. The Head of HR will be member of the HTC Leadership Team and Management Board, and is responsible for establishing priorities, aligning resources, and leading and mentoring team members as they provide strategic HR support for their respective client organizations.
HTC is a critical technical “HUB” for J&J Medical Tech, as it houses critical capabilities not only for future success of BW. This role will directly report into the Global Head of HR for our Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Med Tech.

General responsibilities:

Identify key capabilities aligned with business goals, conducts gap analysis and develops and implements buy/build strategies in partnership with business leaders
Play a consultative role in employee communication in change initiatives within client groups
Enhancing and partnering in leading a clean, healthy, safe, motivating, engaging and indiscriminative work environment.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
HTC HR Responsibilities:
Support end to end HTC needs – R&D, quality, supply chain, operations, finance, IT, HR, etc.
Develop HR strategy in partnership with CSS R&D HR Head, to drive the achievement of World-Wide strategic objectives in the following areas: Activating our Winning Team, Execution with Excellence, Driving Innovation, and Accelerating Growth.
Clearly outline current and future critical technology capabilities to support future growth
Counseling and support with any HR issues, needs or questions coming from Managers or employees; leading an “open door” policy at Biosense Webster Israel.
Responsible for employee relation issues inquiries including labor relations and ongoing employment issues such as hiring, employment terminations, etc.
Country HR Collaboration Responsibilities:
Ensure ONE HR partnership across the Johnson & Johnson capabilities in Israel to deliver valued solutions for the business and country (e.g. innovative business models and efficiency and effectiveness of current models linked to the business and organizational/talent strategies). This role is the ONE HR Lead for Israel.
Drive the Country cross-Sector HR strategy in alignment with country business strategies and plans, and lead the implementation of processes, programs and policies aligned with Business, HR Business Partner and Shared Services strategies
Lead HR governance for the country, create and direct flexible pool of cross-Sector HR Resources, ensure alignment with Cluster/Regional Sector leads and Global Services.
Drive consistency and change management in global deployment of core processes and program across the country. Establish cadence and rhythm for HR processes with the highest consistency with the global standards across the country.
Develop cross-sector country talent strategy in partnership with stakeholders to grow diverse leadership talent.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
Master's degree in industrial / organizational psychology, human resource management, business or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive human resource experience in a highly collaborative, matrix environment; Experience in fact paced, innovative environments preferred
Organizational development - talent management / workforce planning, organization design and process / project management
Executive coaching and strong consulting skills
