We may combine the Data you submit with other information we have collected from you, whether on or offline. We may also combine it with information we receive about you from other sources, including other companies in the Group, publicly available information sources (including information from your publicly available social media profiles), and other third parties.
This Data will be collected and stored in the databases of the Group company to which you applied for a position (hereinafter - the "Company" or "us"), and such Company will be the controlling owner of the Data. You are not legally required to provide the Data to the Company, however, please note that the Company requires it in order to consider your candidacy. The Company will be entitled to transfer the Data pertaining you to other Group companies, for the purposes set forth above, including in order to examine your candidacy, as well as to third parties from whom the Company might ray assistance in the recruitment and sorting processes, such as consultants, data storage companies, sorting and placement companies, etc. Pursuant to the above, it is hereby clarified that the Company may also transfer the Data pertaining you outside of Israel, including to countries which do not necessarily assure the level of data security as provided in Israel, subject to preserving the privacy of the Data under the applicable law. In addition, the Company shall be entitled to use, transfer or disclose Data pertaining you to third parties, to the extent required under law, within the framework of legal proceedings conducted against the Company or one of the Group companies, and/or to the extent the Company will manage its operations within the framework of another entity.
In accordance with and subject to applicable law, you are entitled to apply to the Company to which you provided the Data, requesting to inspect the Data pertaining you which is stored in its database or to delete it (if you find that the Data pertaining you is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated). Such application shall be addressed to the e-mail address to which you sent the Data and it will be handled with in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the law.
We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
