Brand Activation Manager

Accountabilities:

    • Build local activation strategy while implementing the global guidelines.
    • Flawless and timely implementation of marketing plans
    • Brand sales, profitability and market shares
    • New product launches
  • Manage the daily contact with our distributors Role and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Management of few JNJ brands portfolio (to be defined later) and implementation of regional marketing strategies with local adaptation.
  1. Implementation of brand strategy, marketing plans according to cluster guidelines
  2. Implementation of marketing plan
  1. Support the decision of media strategy & support the execution
  2. Support Implementation of digital activity
  3. development of POS material,
  4. Build consumer promotional activities
  5. execute promotional events and conferences to customers, sales teams, consumers, journalist professional etc.
  6. Execute instore activation
  7. Define and achieve targets of Distribution, Display, Price and Promotion by managing distributor’s activities.
  1. Competitive business analysis, consumer understanding studies
  2. Manage the daily activity with external agencies (PR, promotional agencies)
  3. Reporting and tracking brand budget
  4. Distributor’s forecast tracking
  5. Responsibility for AW and labels’ design
  6. Sampling activity if needed.

Experience Required:

  • 4-5 years of category/shopper management

 

  • Experience in FMCG market in Israel

Personal Skills Required:

  • BA or equivalent in Business/Marketing/Economics
  • High level of fluency in English
  • Excellent project management skills: managing complexity, being able to work in a matrix structure
  • Personality: entrepreneurial spirit, a networker and team player with high level of self-motivation and good leadership skills, “can do”-attitude ,Creative thinking, great interpersonal relations.
  • Solid analytical skills
