Position Title: Digital & Social Media specialist


Position Summary
We are looking for a social media & digital Project specialist who will work in partnership with brand teams, supporting a comprehensive cultural transformation to a more innovative and digital-driven.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing and grow our brand identity across social media & digital channels across our brands (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin) that will align with communications strategies. You’ll execute creative campaigns and extract insights that highlight our priorities and values, resonate with our audiences, and differentiate our brands.
you’ll also be responsible for executing and accelerate the digital ability and communication to our stakeholders, implement local and global projects.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Relevant university degree
• 2-4 years of experience in the following area:
• Digital background - proven experience in implementation of digital projects, good knowledge of digital marketing tools
• B2B and B2C processes
• Social media
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
• Fluent Hebrew and English – both languages required at proficiency level.
• Maturity to act with confidentiality and sensitivity
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
• Excellent project and process management skills
• Self-starter personality, initiator, change-agent with the ability to set a vision within an undefined space
• Outstanding ability to collaborate across a matrix and multi-cultural company and strong ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization
• Self-driven, self-motivated with "can do" attitude.

key responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Establish the social media presence of Janssen, execute social media strategy, distributing and strengthening the brand and company awareness by providing value through various social media channels and building collaborations on those platforms
• Asist in production & execute social media activities and collaborate with external agencies to ensure excellent product quality
• Work closely with the brand team and across departments to execute and achieve the strategic goals
• Serve as the focal point for communication between all stakeholders
• Identify trends, barriers and opportunities on social media and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders
• Use a data-driven approach to inform and execute an overall social strategy to increase awareness and engagement.
• Tracing KPIs and help create mechanisms to analyze our efforts and impact across social efforts.
• Coordinate social best practices and strategies with other departments, TA's, global and external agencies.
• Distributing content through influencers, groups, and communities that are relevant for our audience
• Assists in creation of original content
• Collaborate and answer questions and make sure all brand teams/agencies are aligned and understand the Janssens platform and feel comfortable using it
• Collaborate closely with global and local team members, be an integral part in shaping the stakeholder's experience
• Responsibility to align quality digital communication
• Implement a clear and well-communicated project for digital in alignment with the local CVT's (marketing, medical, market access, etc.) for the strategic brands
• Assist in ensure that the Regional digital strategy/EMEA projects are implemented for prioritized brands
• Regularly interact with the commercial and digital teams in the cluster to align on commercial opportunities and associated risks, cross country/MSM/EMEA, collaboration and alignment of prosses with regulation, legal, HCC ect.
