DevSecOps Technical Leader

Biosense Webster Israel is recruiting for a DevSecOps Technical Leader, located in Yoqneam - Israel.
The DevSecOps Technical Leader will lead the R&D team composed of 2 Azure DevOps Server experts, and two Computing Platform Engineers, to maintain and develop the central company Azure DevOps server (hundreds of users), and to contribute to the main company Medical Device design in the areas of Operating System Image Design (Windows), software product installation solutions, and product cybersecurity control implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• DevSecOps Application Lifecycle management - leading the team and its vision
• Task management of the DevSecOps team members
• Technical mentoring of the DevSecOps team members
• Leading the contact with other company groups: Software Development, Field Support, Sustained Engineering, IT (local and J&J Global)

Requirements

Qualifications
Education:
• BSc in Computer Science/Software engineering
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Wide knowledge and experience in Azure DevOps Server/Services (TFS) and Windows Installer (WiX)
• Expertise in Scripting langugaes: PowerShell, MSBuild
• Expertise in OS Image Design and Deployment (Windows)
• Experience in cybersecurity control technologies and implementation (OS Security patches, Disk Encryption, Firewall configuration, Application Control- Whitelisting, Anti-malware, etc.)
• Process improvement orientation
Preferred:
• Experience in large corporate companies/ Medical Device companies
• Experience in team leading
• Knowledge in high level programnming languages (C++/C#), in CHEF, BASH
Other:
• English - professional level
• Customer Service orientation
• Big picture orientation
• Innovative in continuous process improvement
• Curious in new technologies' exploration for adoption
