LCM HW Engineer
Description
Develop production support systems and tools:
• Develops, procures parts for, and builds production jigs, test benches, and other tools
• Designs new parts/systems to replace obsolete parts/systems
• Solves technical issues, individually and with the team
Investigate and support production issues, customer complaints and RMA:
• Provide failure analysis and root cause for production issues, customer complaints and RMA.
• Suggest immediate actions for these issues.
• Gives feedback to R&D about causes of production, customer complaints and RMA issues.
Planning and execution of multi-projects:
• Understands the engineering requirements of the project from the different sources
• Creates and manages engineering projects plans
• Manages engineering projects' risks and mitigation
• Ensures that the engineering projects execute appropriately (quality and time)
Requirements
Education/Training: Minimum: Practical Engineer
Experience:3 years in Life Cycle engineering; experience working with subcontractors;
transfer to production in electronics; mass production process;
new product introduction to the production floor; experience writing documentation
