PMO for Bubble Gum project- Grow


PMO for 18 months Project for establishing manufacturing line for new product.
Reporting to the Project Manager. The PMO has primary responsibility to provide project management expertise, executing continuous improvement of the project programs and plan, associated with the management of the project core team.
PMO develop and monitor project plans timelines and governance through collaboration with the Project manager and the project core team. The PMO will have leadership responsibilities within the group and will support the Project Manager to manage and direct the work of other cross functional SMEs and partners.

Key Responsibilities
o Responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects. Plays an integral role during the initial planning stages for any project, through creating structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.
o Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed. Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process. Holds owners accountable for their commitments
o Conduct project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues.
o Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals.
o Works with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
o Create a project dashboard, which outlines both the projects currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objectives.
o Responsibility for project visibility – Presentations, Dashboards, KPI’s


o Supervisory experience preferred.
o Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred.
o Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
o Experience in project management tools: MS-Project, One note
